Waterfront - Land designation

INITIATIVES

• The Waterfront land use designation should be:

- The area at the pierhead between Sinclair St and Colquhoun St to be zoned for Leisure, Recreation & Tourism.

- Both East and West Esplanades to be retained as green open spaces for Leisure and Recreation.
